All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from our warehouse in Nottingham. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our warehouse to your door.  

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details—what you ordered, where it’s going, and your order number.

We get it—plans change. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and the correct address.

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll help where we can to track it or offer next steps.
